I have over 14 years' experience in the fitness and bodybuilding industry, coaching hundreds of men and women to receive the national and pro status in the NPC, IFBB and many other bodybuilding federations. I use my education and experiences to bring my clients their best package to the stage, while maintaining a strong and healthy body.
